Hurricane Ian Update

Today, as we endeavor to return to some sense of normalcy after a catastrophic week for our neighbors to the south, we give thanks for the safety of our Sarasota community, loved ones, friends, clients and team, and to those helping the Gulf Coast recovery.
The sense of community, support, and national spirit that has kicked in for Florida is inspiring and commendable. In such challenging times, it is wonderful to see the support given from responders, community, charitable groups and individuals to our devastated neighbors.
We are incredibly grateful to our hardworking Murray Homes and Murray Premier Services teams, whose quick mobilization ensured that over 50 homes and construction sites were secured prior to the storm, and then quickly assessed for damage and clean up after the storm, providing reassurance to our clients, many of who are out of state.
We will be working hard to ensure that normal construction activities resume as quickly as possible, and we will also be gathering supplies to send to those areas of SW Florida that have been destroyed by Hurricane Ian. Our hearts go out to the families and businesses that have been affected and we are committed to providing long-term assistance to those in need.
If anyone outside of the Murray team would like to assist with providing supplies, please have them dropped off at our offices prior to Monday, Oct. 10th as that is when we will be making our delivery.
